Sans Rouge
A paranormally-enhanced Quebec separatist cell founded by Claudette Viau. When Montreal was accidentally exiled to Venus, they became the rulers of the city. Post-terraforming, the population they control has significantly shrunken. The name of the group means "without red", a reference to the fact that English Canada is represented by the red in the Canadian flag, as the Quebec provincial flag is blue and white.
