Physical Characteristics: Essentially human, but with a genetic bottleneck in their recent evolutionary history that leave them unable to easily accept organic transplants.
Society: Vaguely Roman. Strong social bias against cyborgs, who are treated as property. The main race of the Planetary Confederation.
