Powers: Cyborg with the ability to channel energy through his body and siphon it away from nearby electrical systems. Also has flight systems, and is a talented tinkerer. He may have paranormal talents as well, as his energy manipulation systems seem a bit too good.
Notes: Somewhat uncharismatic, he was the brains behind the Presto cell, and now the default leader of his trio, since Chain Lightning is too jittery and Mongo too dim.
