Powers: Able to create a "zone" in which his physical attributes are greatly magnified, but the zone takes time to prepare, and it doesn't follow him around. Later turned into a photonic with the standard powers in addition to his original power. In this form, his zone affected the abilities of any ally he chose.
Notes: One of the few members of his iteration of the Light Brigade to not be killed by the CSV. However, he died in the Battle of Montreal.
